We are on the look-out for an individual with 2-3 years bakery experience, to join our fast pace kitchen based in Spinningfields, Manchester. The position is full time 4-5 days a week (32-40hrs) to start immdediatly.

If you love all things cakes and enjoy working in a busy kitchen with a small team of bakers apply now. We are interviewing for the role early with a view to bring forward the starting date if, A) the applicant is a strong candidate and B) we see growth in the business over the next few months when more people return to offices.

You should should have a level 2 food hygiene certificate and a good knowledge of cupcake and cake decorating.

Full training will also be given to the successful applicant.

We are looking for an experienced front of house team leader with excellent customer service skills. You must have 2 years in the hospitality or retail sector. Be organised, an excellent communicator and have a positive happy outlook on the world.

You'll be serving customers cake, cupcakes, brownies, afternoon tea as well as answering questions about our bakes, classes and helping our customers place orders ay our busy counter inside Selfridges. We promote a fun, creative and colourful atmosphere and you’ll be a friendly, helpful and outstanding team member with an excellent eye for delivering the best customer service! You'll be the face of HLC and will ensure each customer enjoys the full HLC experience.

Salary: £10.42 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week
