  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • Our prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order and can be checked at checkout.

    Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent a quote or made payment.

  • Should you need to cancel or amend any order, we require two working days notice to arrange this for you.

    Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately via email, or by calling us on 0161 832 0260. Photographic evidence must be approved.

    Please note we are unable to accept returns.

    We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase.

    No monies will be refunded if your order is cancelled with less than 24hrs of the order date.

  • We will make every effort to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, Ingredients shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher-than-anticipated demand. Hey Little Cupcake shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • This class has limited availability so booking in first come first served. This class is none refundable and rebooking is not possible if you can’t make the date so please ensure you can commit before booking.
