  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • Our prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order and can be checked at checkout.

    Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent a quote or made payment.

  • Should you need to cancel or amend any order, we require 3 working days notice to arrange this for you.

    We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase.

    No monies will be refunded if your order is cancelled with less than 48hrs of the order date.

  • Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately via email, or by calling us on 0161 832 0260. Photographic evidence must be approved.

    We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by you or by a courier/agent engaged by you to collect products from us if they are damaged during transit to you.

    If the order was damaged after it left either of our stores we might offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. This includes all orders and collections from our Spinningfields, online and Selfridges Trafford counter.

    Please note we are unable to accept returns.

  • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, Ingredients shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher-than-anticipated demand. Hey Little Cupcake shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • “Hey Little Cupcake” is a registered trade mark of Hey Little Cupcake Limited. We reserve the right in this trademark, the heylittlecupcake.co.uk domain name and all related domains and sub-domains and any other logos, service marks, brand names, trading names and/or trade marks appearing anywhere on our site.

  • We only use your personal information in accordance our privacy policy. Please take the time to read this, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

  • Our classes have limited availability so booking in first come first served. Our classes are none refundable and rebooking is only possible if you contact us at least 7 days before the booking date. We can’t refund or move your booking after the 7 day cut off if you can't make the date so please ensure you can commit before booking.

Hey Little Cupcake Limited may publish in public, including on the Website, any communications with you, provided that your personal details will not be made public without your prior consent.
