We are looking for an experienced front-of-house team member with excellent customer service skills. You must have 1 year of experience in the hospitality or retail sector. Be organised, an excellent communicator, and have a positive, happy outlook on the world. You’ll be serving customers cake, cupcakes, brownies, as well as answering questions about our bakes, classes, and helping our customers place orders at our busy counter inside Selfridges.

We promote a fun, creative, and colorful atmosphere, and you’ll be a friendly, helpful, and outstanding team member with an excellent eye for delivering the best customer service! You’ll be the face of HLC and will ensure each customer enjoys the full HLC experience.
