We are on the look-out for an enthusisatic individual to join our fast pace kitchen based in Spinningfields, Manchester. The position is part-time 1 or 2 days a week) to start early August. Shifts are every Saturday and some Sunday’s.

This is an assistant role in which you will be supporting the baking team by mixing batter and buttercream from scratch. Assistaning the baking of brownies, cookies, cakes and cupcakes. Decorating cakes and cupcakes and cleaning down the kitchen to a very high standard. If you have your Level 2 food hygiene certificate this is a plus and you will need some knowledge of cupcake and cake baking. Full training will also be given to the successful applicant.

Salary: (depending on age and experience)
Hours: 8hrs per week | Shift times 8am - 4:30pm
Requirements - Must have excellent personal hygiene, no smokers, no fake or polished nails. piecing must be covered or removed.
Experience: Baking at home or in a commercial kitchen.
